The money came to Austin in a Fed-Ex package while he was a player at Carolina in 2010.</span></p><p>Other payments were sent to the home of Jennifer Wiley. New coach Dave Doeren won't lead State in this game. That job goes to offensive coordinator Dana Bible. The Blue Devils meet Cincinnati tomorrow evening in Charlotte.</p><p>Duke hasn't been to college football's version of the post-season since 1994, and they haven't won a bowl game since New Year's Day 1961. That Blue Devil squad beat Arkansas 7-6. The NCAA announced the punishments Monday following a report by the Division 1 Committee on Infractions. Violations took between 2008 and 2010 and include academic fraud, payments to players.
